- Open My Account.
- Select Personal Info to view verification status.

You verify your phone number by requesting an OTP code via SMS.
Actions
- Click the Not verified button beside your phone number.
- Receive a 5-minute OTP by SMS.
- Enter the OTP in the field.
- Click Submit.
This step confirms your mobile identity and activates phone-based security checks.
How do you verify your email address?
You verify your email address by submitting a second OTP.
Actions
- Click the Not verified button beside your email.
- Receive a 5-minute OTP in your inbox.
- Check Spam/Junk if the message is filtered.
- Enter the OTP.
